Samuel Schembri founded Lansdale Amusement in 1957. He was a family oriented businessman with a flair for promotion. His daughter, Eileen, assumed the company's leadership after Sam's death in 1984. In 2010, she retired and her son, David, who has the same personal business ethics, is the third generation owner. David continues, as Eileen and his grandfather Sam did before him, to look at new ideas to ensure the company's continued growth and success.

He has pledged to continue offering his customers the finest equipment and service. Throughout three generations, Lansdale Amusement has maintained long term professional and personal relationships with diverse hospitality establishments in Bucks, Berks and Montgomery counties.
